And heading to 95 south we will run into that outside of delaware but with time we will have a couple showers, very scattered in nature. Personally i dont mind the heat, when i run, but running in the humidity, no. It is sticky. Yes. No pun intended. That is what i was going for. It is not a bad morning out there, even just spectating for the rock and roll Half Marathon. If you know anybody running make sure you help them stay hydrated throughout the race. That will be something folks need to be worried about. When we have warm, humid air out there you get dehydrated a little bit faster.
