up weekend corona curfew now only on sunday cm yogi adityanath uttar pradesh coronavirus news update : यूपी में अब कोरोना कर्फ्यू (Corona Curfew in UP) सिर्फ रविवार को रहेगा. कोरोना संक्रमण के घटते मामलों को देखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ (Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath) ने यह फैसला लिया. | UP Weekend Corona Curfew : मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ (Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath) ने बुधवार को बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए कोरोना कर्फ्यू को एक दिन का कर दिया है. अब सिर्फ रविवार को ही कोरोना कर्फ्यू रहेगा. इस फैसले से लोगों को दो दिन की साप्ताहिक बंदी से राहत मिली है. इसके अलावा कोचिंग संस्थानों को भी (कंटेनमेंट जोन छोड़कर) खोलने की अनुमति दी गई है. कोचिंग संस्थानों में कोरोना हेल्प डेस्क की स्थापना करना अनिवार्य है. यह निर्देश 14 अगस्त से प्रभावी होगा.

UP Lockdown News: UP govt announces weekend lockdown to cover Mondays too | Lucknow News

Presently, the weekend lockdown in the state begins at Friday 8 pm and ends at Monday 7 am. (TOI FILE)
LUCKNOW: Amid a surge in coronavirus cases, the Uttar Pradesh government Thursday decided to increase the duration of weekend lockdown by 24 hours, announcing that it will now cover Mondays too.
"The weekend closure will now be applicable from Friday 8 pm till Tuesday 7 am," Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Navneet Sehgal said here.
He said that consequent to the decision, all shops and establishments will now remain closed between Friday 8 pm and Tuesday 7 am.
Presently, the weekend lockdown in the state begins at Friday 8 pm and ends at Monday 7 am.

The Uttar Pradesh government on Tuesday announced a statewide weekend lockdown to curb the rising number of Covid-19 cases in the state. The weekend lockdown will come into force from April 24.
As per the new directive, districts with more than 500 active Covid-19 cases will also remain under night curfew, effective between 8 PM to 7 AM every day, until further orders.
