浙江温州市2万余名网约车司机、货车司机集中入会-工会-中工网

　　中工网讯 “身为一名网约车司机，很荣幸能够参加新会员入会仪式。从今天起，我们就是一名工会会员了……”近日，浙江省温州市总工会联合市交通运输局共同举行全市网约车司机、货车司机集中入会仪式，意味着温州市2万多名网约车和货车司机有了“娘家”。
　　随着以新产业、新业态、新商业模式为核心的“三新”经济蓬勃发展，平台就业、灵活就业大量出现并呈加速增长趋势。据统计，温州市共有网约车司机14000多人，货车司机5000多人，是“八大群体”从业人数较集中之一。
　　“做好网约车司机、货车司机等‘八大群体’建会入会工作，使命光荣、任务艰巨。”温州市总工会党组书记、常务副主席程龙凤在集中入会仪式上指出，全市各级工会要统一思想，提高站位，采取务实管用举措提升“八大群体”职工建会入会工作的针对性和实效性。要加强领导，成立专班，明确工作目标，细化工作清单，层层压实责任，强化工作落实的组织保障；要加强调查，摸清底数，通过与行业监管单位沟通、走访一线等方式，掌握“八大群体”职工的具体数量、就业分布和劳动关系等基本情况；要加强服务，整合资源，强化内外协同，形成整体合力，推出服务举措，提升服务水平；要加强宣传，营造氛围，多渠道、多形式、全方位宣传“八大群体”建会入会的意义，宣传入会工作中的先进典型和经验做法，大力营造良好舆论氛围。要通过一系列有效举措，充分发挥工会自身优势，切实把“八大群体”职工吸引到工会组织中来，解决好他们所急所忧所盼问题，真正当好他们的“娘家人”、“贴心人”，团结广大职工为续写新时代温州创新史、争创社会主义先行市、助推高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区贡献智慧和力量。
　　一直以来，温州市总工会积极推进网约车司机、货车司机等“八大群体”入会，并作为工会基层工作的重中之重，加强领导、精心谋划，不断加大创新力度和投入，推动此项工作从试点探索到全面推进，推进广大网约车司机、货车司机群体加入工会大家庭，为推动工会组织向新兴领域新兴群体延伸、维护“八大群体”职工合法权益提供了有力抓手。目前，温州“八大群体”入会工作陆续推进。
　　“网约车、货车等道路运输是综合交通运输体系的重要组成，是全市经济社会发展重要的基础服务，在便捷群众出行、畅通物流服务方面发挥着重要的作用。”温州市交通运输局局长项伟胜表示，行业工会要通过实实在在的工作举措，为广大会员做好事、办实事、解难事。要加强会员之间的思想交流和沟通，切实增强凝聚力、向心力，让广大驾驶员感受到工会是“职工之家”、是大家的“娘家人”。
　　当天仪式结束后，温州市总工会还现场为新会员代表提供安全培训、“技协帮”志愿服务、会员卡办理等服务，并为每名入会会员送上“入会大礼包”，让会员们第一时间享受到工会组织提供的“娘家人”服务。（据《浙江工人日报》报道浙江工人日报记者邹伟锋通讯员莫志强、郑欣欣）
