On fire. Nicole jogging by on 7th street war to. Saw the frighten scene there was flames on mall. Not like shooting flame but there was grass on fire. This video sent fox by view shot just moment after incident up see krod gather around the man. Witness say group of joggers rushed to mans aid several taking off their shirts to help douse the flames. Within minutes they were joined boy the Police Officers. I saw cops run to him i saw one of them kick a small fire about 10 or 15 feet away. And another officer came and put out the fire. Another officer grabbed some eyed watter from ran back over....
