Living, and i work with people who, they're in denial, they're in a state of denial. i've worked with laura over the past few days, dealing with her denial about what her brother did. trying to get insight into jim's mind. this is all common. on our camping trip he would sit there and tell me his childhood was horrendous. i had no level of the abuse and neglect he had suffered, and if i had, obviously, i would have talked more to him about that, he was a prideful person. who took on this fatherly role. and so he did everything he could to cover up the pain of his past. >> and also, i mean, non...
