This is the coldest part of the day, 32 degrees, out at the airport in philadelphia. We have 29. Our temperatures by noon, just 36 degrees, and our high today, may be stopping shy of 40 degrees. Yesterday, was 43, so colder day, bright, but the sunshine isnt doing much, as far as what we are going to be expecting temperature wise.
