Alex deputies say it started with an argument inside the el fogon del valle restaurant. One of the men shot here in this parking lot was part of that argument, but deputies say it appears the other victim was just an innocent bystander. The owner of the bar, restaurant was here when the shots rang out just before 2 00 this morning. He tells me that, unlike other places on south obt, violence is because he doesn t tolerate it.
