Title says it all. Not sure how a random local news reporter in Charlotte managed to get him on the record, but there you have it. He's not quite as definitive as he was a few weeks back, and he gives himself some wiggle room, so it would seem like at least some of the smoke was real. Having said that, this certainly ratchets down the likelihood a bit.
