FULTON -- The Westminster College baseball team hosted Nebraska Wesleyan University in its home opener -- it played a three-game series. The doubleheader on Sunday was played at Battle High School in Columbia, and Game 3 on Monday was back at Saucier Field on the Westminster College campus.

The lawsuit revolved around accusations that famed comic writer Robert Kirkman duped William Crabtree into surrendering his ownership stake.

William Crabtree, a colorist for the first 50 issues of the comic, alleged creator Robert Kirkman tricked him into surrendering his co-ownership stake in the series; the terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
