Like us on Facebook.   BRATTLEBORO — The Bennington Banner, Brattleboro Reformer and Manchester Journal are being sold by New England Newspapers Inc., to Vermont News and Media LLC, a company headed by software entrepreneur Paul Belogour of Guilford. The sales price was not disclosed, and Belogour said the terms are confidential.
