Little boy and his grandparents were taking a walk in the neighborhood when he was struck by a car that just kept on goin. Just that split second. One minute theyre there, the next minute theyre gone. Things can happen so quickly. Reporter the chp says the 3yearold darted into the street possibly following the family dog when he was struck by a car, which then left the scene. If the vehicle did stop then continued on and left the scene,en that would suggest that they were aware they hit something.
