A tiny country with a big reputation for history on land and in the surrounding waters, Malta now offers Michelin-starred dining and a thriving wine scene.

“Step through the portal… where time is an illusion,” the event’s website stated. “Travel back to the Victorian age of Main Street Woodland when entrepreneurs ruled and gold won the west.”

The bike ride starts at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Sudwerk Brewing Co. located at 2001 Second St. in Davis. The monthly event was organized by Sudwerk and the Davis Bike Collective and is held on the last Sundays of every month, according to the event’s website.

“We are so excited that our peers and colleagues have recognized the Center for Land-Based Learning for our commitment and significant contributions to the Chamber of Commerce, the business community and to our wonderful city” a press release from the center emphasized.
