Robin Walker ROBIN WALKER has been appointed as leader of the Agricultural Professional Practice (APP) postgraduate distance learning programme. Mr Walker's long career at SRUC started in 1999, when he was employed at Craibstone as an oilseeds and novel crop agronomist after completing his PhD at the University of London on nitrogen use in low input cropping systems. He was involved in agronomic research as well as teaching on several undergraduate courses across a range of subjects, mostly within the Agriculture and Countryside Management programmes.
