Is a back up at the bay bridge at the plaza which is a typical delay of 20 minutes. When you get across the bridge in San Francisco traffic is okay. Beautiful sunrise. We look at highway 24 it is slowing down all the way through the tunnel. When we come back we will take a look at the east bay and the south bay. We have a developing story in the the legal a year. Two people are dead and another is not home. Were told the neighborhood is generally really nice. To investigate a double homicide is not typical.
