So, theres 450,000 cap for his outofpocket expenses. Theres an allowance of up to 1. 5 million for construction escalation costs. So, thats basically the fact that if to the extent that if he were to go out today and build his approved project, that same project may be more expensive in the future just because of the cost of inflation.
