Maine Day will return April 28 with several spring clean-up activities and entertainment for University of Maine community members, all following health and safety guidelines.  Students, faculty and staff interested in participating in community services projects can fill out the online survey. Check-in for volunteering will be held at 9 a.m. at the Memorial Union. Service projects will take place on campus, in Orono, Old Town, and Bangor. Indoor Sprint Triathlon for Social Change In celebration of Black History Month, join the New Balance Student Recreation Center’s first-ever Indoor Sprint Triathlon for Social Change. For the entire month of February, individually complete a 2-mile run (3.21 kms), a 500-meter swim (20 lengths), and a 6-mile (9.65 kms) bike ride.
