বাগেরহাটে স্বাস্থ্যবিধি ও সার্বিক লকডাউনের নিষেধাজ্ঞা না মানায় ৯৬ জনকে ৭১ হাজার ৮৫০ টাকা জরিমানা করেছেন ভ্রাম্যমাণ আদালত। রোববার (৪ জুলাই) সকাল থেকে বিকেল পর্যন্ত জেলা প্রশাসনের নির্বাহী ম্যাজিস্ট্রেটের একাধিক টিম সেনাবাহিনীর সহযোগিতায় বিভিন্ন উপজেলার সড়ক ও মহাসড়ক এবং হাট-বাজারে অভিযান চালিয়ে এই জরিমানা করেন। এসময় ৮ জনকে তিনদিন ও ১ জনকে ১৫ দিনের করাদণ্ড দেয়া হয়।
বাগেরহাট অতিরিক্ত জেলা ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট মো. শাহিনুজ্জামান বলেন, সরকার সারাদেশ ব্যাপি যে লকডাউন দিয়েছে তা বাস্তবায়নে জেলা প্রশাসন কাজ করছে। লকডাউনের চতুর্থ দিনে বাগেরহাটের বিভিন্ন উপজেলায় অভিযান চালানো হয়। যারা বিনা কারণে বাইরে এসেছে এবং নিষেধাজ্ঞা অমান্য করে দোকানপাট খোলা রেখেছে। তাদেরকে আমরা জরিমানার আওতায় এনেছি এবং বিভিন্ন মেয়াদে সাজা দিয়েছি। হতদরিদ্র ও সাধারণ মানুষের মাঝে মাস্ক বিতরণ করেছি আমরা। আমাদের অভিযানে সেনাবাহিনী, বিজিবি ও পুলিশ সদস্যরা সহযোগিতা করছেন।

Curtea de Apel București a emis soluția în procesul pentru palmares dintre CSA Steaua și FCSB! Judecătorii au dat dreptate clubului Armatei. Astfel, palmaresul din perioada 1947-1998 îi revine lui CSA Steaua. De cealaltă parte, CSA Steaua va trebui să achite 3.000 de lei echipei lui Gigi Becali cu titlul de cheltuieli de judecată
În același timp, Instanța a respins cererea echipei Armatei de a avea dreptul la palmares pentru perioada 1998-2003.
„Admite apelul. Admite cererile de intervenție accesorie. Schimbă în parte sentința apelată, în sensul că: Admite excepția lipsei calității procesual active a reclamantului CSA în privința cererii având ca obiect dreptul la palmares pentru perioada 1998-2003 și respinge această cerere în consecință. Menține restul dispozițiilor sentinței referitoare la soluția în privința constatării că palmaresul echipei de fotbal Club Sportiv al Armatei «Steaua București» din 1947 și până în 1998 aparține reclamantului CSA și referitoare la soluția în privința cererii conexe.
