Raneri, who has served as secretary to Hudson Valley Community College s Board of Trustees for the past 21 years and previously served as a trustee from 1981 through 1998, has been named secretary for the New York Community College Trustees (NYCCT) for a second term. NYCCT is a non-profit consortium of community college trustees who work to strengthen the effectiveness of the state s community college governing boards in the development and implementation of public policy. Raneri, an emeritus trustee to Hudson Valley s board, has served as the college s appointed delegate to NYCCT for 37 years and was named secretary in 2017. As secretary, he is a member of the organizationâs executive committee. ....
