Dan Simpson: Our vaccine shortage doesn’t compare to Africa’s By Dan Simpson / Pittsburgh Post-Gazette © Provided by Pittsburgh Post-Gazette What is probably bothering people most these days is the difficulty in getting a coronavirus vaccination shot. The United States didn’t do badly in quickly developing a vaccine. What turns out to be the barrier now is being able to successfully insert into the arms of eager recipients one of the two or three vaccines that are supposed to provide protection against the fatal disease.
