MCC to continue online spring concert series Community Content Middlesex Community College will continue its online spring concert series “A World of Music” with a performance by the Rasa Strings Quartet, which was recorded at MCC’s Concert Hall in Bedford and will air at 7:30 p.m. March 19. Since winning first prize in the Chamber Music Yellow Springs 35th annual competition, Rasa Strings Quartet emerged as one of New England’s finest young ensembles. The quartet consists of violinists Kiyoshi Hayashi and Maura Shawn Scanlin, violist Claudia Do Minh Ramos and cellist and MCC faculty member Eunghee Cho. According to Cho, creating and performing art is the closest way to experience passion, beauty and miracle something that has been missing throughout the pandemic. ....
