ROCKVILLE, Md., Jan. 27, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE:FRT) released today the Federal income tax treatment for 2020 distributions to holders of its Common Shares of Beneficial Interest (NYSE: FRT) and its 5.000% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares (NYSE: FRT.PRC).

Assura plc ( the Company ) announces, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company s Scrip Dividend Scheme ( the Scheme ), that the Scrip Calculation Price in respect of the quarterly interim dividend proposed to be paid on 13 January 2021, is 73.50 pence. This is the average closing mid-market price of an ordinary share in the Company for the five dealing days commencing with, and including, the ex-dividend date of 10 December 2020.
