GAINESVILLE, Fla. – A popular Twitter account that notified people when Publix chicken-tender subs were on sale has been abandoned after lawyers for the Florida-based grocery chain apparently objected.
The account “Are Publix Chicken Tender Subs On Sale?” with nearly 40,000 followers has been dormant since March 11. One of its final tweets noted that the subs were, indeed, on sale, and added ominously: “This may be our last Tweet.” ....

Estiatorio Milos closed at The Cosmopolitan and just late last month reopened at The Venetian with a dynamic new space. The international sensation’s founder, Costas Spiliadis, took the time to get us all caught up on the evolution of this truly unique dining destination.
Did you know from the beginning Milos would be such a success on the Strip?
We came to Las Vegas fully understanding that Greek cuisine and food was either unknown or completely misunderstood. We also came with the strong conviction that people would appreciate and love our food as soon as they discover the virtues of true Greek cuisine: simplicity, extraordinary and fresh ingredients, honest, straightforward and healthy food. Man, I ve had some great trips to Hawke s Bay without children. There was the time I did a vertical tasting of Coleraine – 36 vintages in one single session. Going back further, I performed stand-up comedy at a waterfront bar then celebrated a storming gig by tearing up the nightclub dancefloor until the wee small hours.
It was fun but it was a different sort of fun. Nowadays when I plan a trip, I can t help but notice eight tiny eyes staring at me from around the lounge. They re now part of the package when I go on holiday, and I wouldn t have it any other way – but that doesn t mean I have to give up on good food and drink. Oh I just love running across these surprise local hot spots in East Texas. I love it
