SALT LAKE CITY While a neon pink crowd danced on the stairs of the state Capitol Wednesday afternoon, similar crowds gathered simultaneously all around the world with a singular message: Free Britney.
The glitter bedecked rally-goers held signs stating, End the TOXIC conservatorship, and If it can happen to her, it can happen to you. They chanted Jail Jamie! Free Britney!
Some of them mouthed along to the lyrics of the Britney song in the background: I m Miss American Dream since I was 17.

Utah made COVID-19 vaccines available to people ages 16 and older with underlying medical conditions in February. That’s opened the door for younger people with disabilities to start getting vaccinated. But as of March 10, people with asthma still aren’t eligible. Neither are full-time caregivers who don’t meet certain qualifications. Disabled And Chronically Ill Utahns Say COVID-19 Vaccination Gives Them A Chance To Reclaim Normal Life

The Disabled Rights Action Committee and two other organizations are hosting vaccine clinics for people with disabilities.
Jim Rounds has only left his house about once a month since the pandemic started. He has multiple sclerosis and takes medication that suppresses his immune system.
“It’s deeply traumatic to live in terror just for a long, long period of time,” Rounds said. “That is roughly the situation I feel I’ve been in. Just being frightened of any kind of exposure to disease.”
At the end of February, Utah made COVID-19 vaccines available to people ages 16 and older with underlying medical conditions. Rounds got his first dose at the beginning of March and said he’s still trying to process what that means for him. ....

(MINNEAPOLIS, MN) – Citizens and businesses of Minneapolis will be forced to reckon with a high street presence of the National Guard as the city prepares for the upcoming murder trial of Derek Chauvin, the disgraced ex-cop accused of killing George Floyd, with jury selection set to begin on March 8th.
At this past Monday’s City Council Public Briefing, it was confirmed by the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD) that the National Guard will be playing a key role in coordination of all city, county, state and federal law enforcement and security operations for the trial. ....
