Jönköping to host 2022 World Junior Curling Championships

Jönköping in Sweden is set to host the 2022 World Junior Curling Championships in March next year, making it the fourth time the country will have hosted the competition.
Next year s Championships are scheduled to take place from March 5 to 12, hopefully marking a return to major events organised by the World Curling Federation (WCF) after the coronavirus pandemic wrecked the international calendar. 
Sweden previously held the World Junior Curling Championships in 1999, 2008 and 2012 - with all three competitions taking place in Östersund.
Krasnoyarsk in Russia last held the Championships in 2020, where Canada claimed the men s and women s gold medals. ....
