Big changes have been revealed at a Somerset GP surgery which was previously facing a potential shutdown by the Care Quality Commission after three damning inspections in less than a year.
Ryalls Park Medical Centre in Yeovil was forced into special measures by the health authority in July 2019 after it was branded inadequate .
It was told by inspectors that it must rectify its shortcomings or the current provider could be removed from the facility. ....
