SCRANTON, PA Three Fanwood residents were among more than 800 bachelor s degrees at its in-person undergraduate celebration ceremonies on May 23. Degrees were conferred to graduates who had completed their academic degree requirements in August and December 2020, as well as January and May 2021.
The local students earning undergraduate degrees include:
Kiera E. DeProspero of Fanwood earned a Bachelor of Science degree in counseling and human services
Olivia G. Gelling of Fanwood earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing
Jake R. Kloepfer of Fanwood earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration

SCRANTON, PA (05/24/2021) Kylee Alexander-Maneja of Playa del Rey was among more than 500 master s and doctoral degrees at an in-person commencement ceremony on May 22 at the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza, Wilkes-Barre. Degrees were conferred to graduates who had completed their academic degree requirements in August and December of 2020, as well as January and May of 2021.

Alexander-Maneja earned a Master of Health Administration degree in health administration from The University of Scranton.
At the ceremony, the University conferred its first doctor of business administration degrees in addition to doctor of nursing practice degrees, doctor of physical therapy degrees and master s degrees in various disciplines. Graduates represented several foreign countries and 29 states, including Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee,
