While those have already become a popular way to pass a Sunday fun day, Gumbo Bros will up the ante on Saturday, April 24, by inviting Sean Wen and Andrew Ho of Pinch Boil House in San Antonio to bring their Viet-Cajun style of crawdad cookery to Music City. Diners can expect the same sort of crawfish, corn, potatoes and sausage feast that is featured on Sundays at Gumbo Bros. But the Pinch Boil House crew takes their mudbugs to another level by incorporating some secret spices in the boil and finishing off the crawdaddies in a garlic-butter sauce. ....
