According to the Executive Mayor, Patrick Mabilo - also known as the ghost - they are quite relieved that the provincial government has availed resources to them to rebuild the city. He says that they have developed a year-long master plan that entails attending to the damaged roads, faulty sewerage systems, skyrocketing electricity bills, as well as inconsistent water supply.
