'Absolutely scandalous' provisions after closure of Greenfield's Post Office slammed by councillors

COUNCILLORS have slammed the ‘disgusting’ decision to close a town Post Office with little warning.
Members of Holywell Town Council shared their views on the situation as Greenfield is left without the service many in the area use as a ‘lifeline’.
Cllr Rosetta Dolphin, who represents Greenfield as a county councillor, said she was ‘very disappointed’ to see the facility close its doors and added she was ‘disgusted’ at how it was handled.
The first that she learnt of the closure was when the signs came down from the building – and at that point it was already too late to try and save it. ....

We placed outgoing mail in our mailbox late on this Monday for pickup the next day on Tuesday. That mail was not picked up until late Thursday, February 18.
