Grayson-Jockey Club Research Foundation To Hold Second Photo Contest To Celebrate Healthy Horses

Grayson-Jockey Club Research Foundation announced today that it will again be hosting an online photo contest for horse lovers to celebrate their equine companions.
The contest opens February 1, and entries will be accepted through February 28. Horse enthusiasts are encouraged to submit original photos of horses representing all breeds, backgrounds, and disciplines on Grayson s website at

Finalists will be selected by the Grayson team, and the winning photo will be chosen by votes from the public on Grayson s Facebook page. The winner will receive a Grayson “swag bag,” and each finalist will also receive a prize. Selected photos submitted to the contest will be shared on Grayson s social media accounts using the hashtag #ilovehealthyhorses. ....

Pittsburgh man arrested for involvement in Capitol insurrection

A Pittsburgh-area man has been arrested and charged today with taking part in the U.S. Capitol siege that followed a rally in Washington, D.C., in support of then-President Donald Trump.
Kenneth Grayson, 51, a resident of Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, faces five federal counts, including knowingly entering or remaining in a restricted building; disorderly conduct which impedes the conduct of government business; disruptive conduct in the Capitol buildings; parading, demonstrating, or picketing in the Capitol; and obstructing or impeding any official proceeding, according to an affidavit filed in U.S. District Court in Pittsburgh.
A witness placed Grayson inside the Capitol through a livestream Grayson posted to Facebook on Jan. 6, according to charging documents. The witness, in an interview, provided the FBI with photographs and screen shots that showed Grayson’s alleged involvement in the siege, the document states. ....
