A Pittsburgh-area man has been arrested and charged today with taking part in the U.S. Capitol siege that followed a rally in Washington, D.C., in support of then-President Donald Trump. Kenneth Grayson, 51, a resident of Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, faces five federal counts, including knowingly entering or remaining in a restricted building; disorderly conduct which impedes the conduct of government business; disruptive conduct in the Capitol buildings; parading, demonstrating, or picketing in the Capitol; and obstructing or impeding any official proceeding, according to an affidavit filed in U.S. District Court in Pittsburgh. A witness placed Grayson inside the Capitol through a livestream Grayson posted to Facebook on Jan. 6, according to charging documents. The witness, in an interview, provided the FBI with photographs and screen shots that showed Grayson’s alleged involvement in the siege, the document states.
