While some companies have closed their bricks and mortar offices all together, Luise didn t feel that was right for ADNET, a company that manages information technology systems for clients, maintains cloud services and cybersecurity. After talking with employees in both Albany and Farmington, Conn., where ADNET has offices, Luise realized there were people who loved their new arrangement working from home and others who didn t like it or didn t have a good situation at home for work. ....
