FAIRFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio â Fairfield Twp. police are looking for a man who robbed a Tylersville Road gas station Tuesday morning.
At 4:45 a.m. Tuesday, the suspect, described as a Black male in his 20s, entered the Speedway at 3450 Tylersville Road. He approached the clerk at the counter, displayed a handgun and demanded money, according to police.
The suspect then fled through the front door with an undisclosed amount of cash. He left in a maroon-colored Chevrolet Corvette. A driver was waiting on him inside the vehicle. ....

JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) - Jonesboro police arrested a man over the weekend after finding a child with no seat belt on and a gun in a pickup truck.
According to a probable cause affidavit, an officer stopped a vehicle on South Culberhouse Road on Sunday, May 16.
An officer “observed a pickup truck swerving from the right edge of the roadway to the far left and then back again.”
Once stopped, officers found the driver’s door open and found a child on the lap of the driver, Allen Harris. ....

On April 11, 2021, a police officer fatally shot a 20-year-old African-American man, Daunte Wright. According to Chief Tim Gannon of the Brooklyn Center Police Department, it all began when officers pulled Mr. Wright over for a traffic violation related to expired registration tags. Officers then discovered that he had a warrant for his arrest.
