Bayonne police: Hoboken man who harassed two businesses is at it again Updated Feb 22, 2021; A Hoboken man who has been arrested twice for harassing Bayonne businesses was arrested again Sunday night when he violated a no-contact order by showing up at one of those establishments, police said. Qiuwen Zheng, 59, was charged with two counts of contempt of a judicial order to stay away from both The Rock tavern and Little Boho Bookshop after police arrested himself outside The Rock. Twice Zheng has had detention hearings on his prior arrests and each time he was released with future court dates. He was also told to have not contact with the victims. ....
