1956 was a year of many changes for the first-gen Corvette. The straight-six was dropped in favor of the small-block V8, the body was redesigned from the ground up, painted coves were introduced, the doors received roll-up windows, and the passenger seat could move fore and aft.

Only 3,467 units were produced that year, which makes the 1956 Corvette pretty darn collectible. Chassis number E56S003304 is one of the nicest survivors out there, a numbers-matching car optioned with the dual-quad intake and three-speed manual transmission. A pair of four-barrel carbs feed the 4.3-liter engine, which cranks out approximately 225 HP.

Even though Mercedes-Benz has previewed the upcoming EQA electric model using a concept styled as a regular compact hatchback, it looks like the production version will be an electric crossover based on the current GLA, not the A-Class as it was initially expected.

These spy photos of the 2022 Mercedes-Benz EQA depict a GLA-like pre-production prototype testing alongside a Tesla Model 3 somewhere near the Arctic Circle.
If at first you might be inclined to say that the car is simply a camouflaged GLA, look closer and notice the different engine grille. The rear is also slightly modified, with the model featuring a different trunk hatch, while the license plate sits a lot lower than on any other GLA. Morevover, the car emitted a distinct electric whirl and has no tailpipes.

To be more precise, Yasid Oozeear, the digital artist responsible for the work, tagged the muscle car driver in the Instagram post below. The latter's name is Cesar Tenorio, and judging by the description of the post, it looks like the enthusiast is still working on the Chevy, so we can't wait to check out the finished build.

Well, redditor Stuart McCudden has found the easiest way to do the whole thing, all using a rather simple approach to have wireless CarPlay in his Model 3.
It’s all based on a Kindle Fire 7 tablet placed under the screen in the Model 3 and connected to a Carlinkit wireless CarPlay adapter. The tablet stays in place using nothing more than velcro.

The micro USB cable plugged in (trying to figure out a way to get that to be less noticeable) is an OTG extension cable that runs to an OTG hub I have in the glove box. Plugged into the OTG is a 2.4ghz remote if I don’t want to touch the screen to control CarPlay, as well as a Carlinkit Wireless CarPlay adapter. That’s powered from a long micro USB cable going to under the armrest. Cable managed so nothing is seen,” the Model 3 owner explains.
