Dr. Sandhya Rao has joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as chief medical officer. Prior to joining Blue Cross, Dr. Rao was vice president of clinical strategy at Haven, the organization formed by Amazon, JP Morgan Chase and Berkshire Hathaway.
