IF APPROVED AND SIGNED INTO W,LA IT WOULD REQUIRE THE AIR RESOURCES BOARD TO COME UP WITH REGULATIONS TO ELIMINATE EXHAUST FROM SMALL OFF-ROAD ENGINES BY JULY 2022.
