Officials ID man killed after exchanging gunfire with SAPD

San Antonio police officers killed an armed man who had just shot a male visitor coming out of his ex-girlfriend’s apartment Friday night, officials reported.
The Bexar County Medical Examiner s Office identified the man as Thomas Mack, 39.
Mack was shot by police outside the East Meadow Apartments in the 1200 block of N. Walters Street.
The deceased saw another man with his child’s mother as she was taking up groceries to her apartment, officials said, and shot the man multiple times as he was leaving. ....
