(CNSNews.com) - Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said on Tuesday that Democrats will not be able to do all the things that the country needs in a totally bipartisan.way.
He indicated that part of the Democrats massive infrastructure bill may pass with bipartisan support and part of it will be through reconciliation.
The reconciliation process allows passage of some budgetary legislation with 51 votes. Right now, with the Senate evenly divided, Vice President Harris would be the 51st vote. ....
