Apr 4, 2021 BELMONT COUNTY Council of the Ladies Auxiliary will meet at 6 p.m. April 6 at the Neffs American Legion. APPLEBEES IN St. Clairsville is partnering with Belmont County Animal Rescue Sanctuary for Applebee’s Together We Care program. The event will be held from 4-8 p.m. April 6. People can also do to-go orders. Half of the proceeds from the sales of meals will go towards the medical care of animals the rescue takes in and helps to find their forever home. JERRY’S WALK-Illuminating Suicide Awareness will be hosting a virtual Walk for Suicide Awareness on April 25. There will be a Facebook Live event for the Walk beginning at 1 p.m. that day. You may register for the Walk at www.jerryswalk.org. There is a cost per person; each registrant will receive a cotton tote bag. Seth Stout, singing, and the lighting of battery-operated candles. All are welcome. Park in the lot at 1127 Beatty Ave., and please plan to remain in your vehicles for the duration of the service. Lakeland Parish Lakeland Parish (Freeport, Mount Carmel & West Chester) United Methodist Church is hosting a Candlelight Christmas Eve Service at 7 p.m., Dec. 24, in the parking lot of the Freeport Press - by the town square. ....
