미 인도태평양사령관 "북한은 역내 안보 도전…힘의 우위에 기초한 외교 실현 초점"

존 아퀼리노 미 인도태평양사령관은 4일 “우리는 북한을 명백히 인도태평양 전구의 안보 도전으로 간주하고 있다”고 말했습니다.
아퀼리노 사령관은 이날 미국의 민간 연구단체인 아스펜전략그룹이 주최한 화상 대담에 참석해 북한의 위협에 대한 군사적 평가를 묻는 질문에 이같이 대답했습니다.

중국군이 퇴역을 앞둔 구형 전투기를 무인기로 개조해 대만 방공망 교란작전에 활용할 수 있다는 지적이 나왔다. 비용과 위험은 줄이면서, 대만군의 ‘피로도’는 효과적으로 높일 수 있기 때문이다.
11일 등의 보도를 종합하면, 중국 인민해방군 소속 항공기 6대가 지난 6월17일 오전 대만 서남부 방공식별구역(ADIZ)을 침범했다. 당시 대만군의 발표 내용을 보면, 중국군은 이날 작전에 윈(Y)-8 전자전기 1대, 젠(J)-16 다목적 전투기 2대와 함께 젠-7 소형 전투기도 투입했다.
