UNCSA names Endalyn Taylor dean of the School of Dance

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., June 1, 2021 /PRNewswire/ The University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA) has named dancer, choreographer, and educator Endalyn Taylor as its new dean of the School of Dance effective August 1. She will lead the conservatory s dance program, which develops technically sound and stylistically versatile professional dancers through training in both classical and contemporary dance.

MILWAUKEE, WIS – May 21, 2021 – Milwaukee Ballet announced the details of its season finale,
Encore, which will bring scenes from fan favorites back for another moment in the spotlight. This dynamic program of classical and contemporary ballet will run June 3-13 at Baumgartner Center for Dance.

Encore as a celebration of all we have accomplished this year, despite the challenges,” said Artistic Director
Michael Pink. “I hope everyone will join us at the theater to be uplifted and inspired.”
Highlights of the upcoming 2021-2022 season include the return of
The Nutcracker, which was sadly cancelled alongside the rest of the Balletâs season because of the coronavirus pandemic; George Balanchineâs glimmering
Jewels; and the return of artistic director Stanton Welchâs 2019 Greek mythology-inspired
Sylvia.
Pretty Things (previously called
th anniversary season last year and includes the world premiere of Trey McIntyreâs
Pretty Things, set to music by the late, great David Bowie
