The company leading Australian efforts to secure medical supplies during the coronavirus pandemic booked a massive 650 per cent revenue bump last financial year, according to filings with the corporate regulator.
Buoyed by government contracts worth close to $1.3 billion in the 18 months through to August 2021, Aspen Medical had revenue of $562 million in the year ended June 30, more than seven times the year-earlier $75 million.

The company s involvement in the response to the global pandemic helped it swing to a $143 million pre-tax profit from its year-earlier $6.6 million loss, notching up a hefty $43 million tax bill along the way. ....
