Boys threatened in Poole knife-point robbery

TWO schoolboys were threatened with a knife during a robbery in broad daylight.
Police have launched an investigation over the incident in Poole.
Two boys from Bournemouth have been arrested on suspicion of robbery and are assisting officers with their enquiries.
Households in the residential area of Oakdale where the incident happened have been asked to check their home CCTV systems for any footage that will be of interest to detectives.
Dorset Police was called at 3.38pm on Tuesday, June 15, to reports that two 15-year-old boys had been approached by two other males in Dale Valley Road, close to the junction of Foxholes Road. ....

FAMED bassist Peter Hook, who co-founded Joy Division and New Order, has thrown his support behind a Bradford man who has set out to raise awareness about epilepsy.
Elliott Horan, 31, who has epilepsy, is cycling 100 miles in four days to raise money for charity and to show how keeping fit can help with the depression and anxiety that often accompany the condition.
He set off yesterday - the International Day for Epilepsy – and is joined on the ride by his dad Chris and friend Nick Whittaker, a radiographer in the NHS.
