A MICHELIN recognised chef will be taking over the kitchen of a Stroud pub for one night only. Ethan Rodgers, who achieved both a Michelin Bib Gourmand and two AA Rosettes by the time he was 25, will be preparing a take-away supper at The Carpenters Arms, in Miserden on Saturday, January 30. At £22 per person, Ethan s four course menu will “whisk you off you off to northern Italy . The menu features: Bagna Cauda, (vegetables and dip), followed by polenta and wild mushrooms and fresh pasta with John Haynes meatballs, finished off with the classic Italian dessert, tiramisu.
