Monte Stokes joins Pacific Harbor Line as Chief Engineer. Pacific Harbor Line ) has appointed Monte Stokes as chief engineer of the 75-mile short-line railroad serving the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles. Effective February 1, he succeeded Robert Giannoble, who retired effective December 31, 2020.
