Randleman Junior pitcher Ryan White after the Tigers just defeated R. S. Central to capture the, to a state championship. The first question Ryan, just as the field to now be a state champion, it's one of the greatest things, hopefully coming back next year and getting another one to be the greatest thing. So of course the no hitter tonight, just what was working for you throughout the seven innings, everything was working pretty much had to struggle with the fastball, couldn't find in the first two slippy ball had to get adjusted and everything pretty much helped out with. So I believe the only through four and one third the other night against East blading, that was obviously not the kind of start you had tonight just slight adjustments did you make? Um, so I'm not gonna try to make excuses but mound with, there was a little bit slick and I just couldn't really get a grip adjustment when I made was just staying through and having confidence in every pitch. So throwing a no hitter tonight, was that in your mind or just when do you actually realize that you had that going? Honestly, it wasn't in my mind. So I came out with two outs in the seventh inning. I was just thinking kind of strike zone, let's win this thing. Uh, let's talk about winning uh, to a state championship with your brothers of course, after losing the 2020 season, uh, coming back here in 2021 and getting the job done tonight. Um, honestly, it was surreal. Honestly, I was here in 2019 when we were in the state championship and unfortunately we didn't come up with it, but I was like, I don't like that feeling. So it felt great to come back and win it. Well, what adjustments to the teammate between games two and three today? Obviously that long pause in between the adjustments we've made. It was all mentality. Second game, we came out very sluggish, but we came out in the third. We were like, let's win this thing, This is our thing.

Graham, N.C. — Randleman pitcher Ryan White threw a no-hitter as the Tigers claimed the NCHSAA 2A State Championship with a 4-0 win over R-S Central in Game 3 at Burlington Athletic Stadium on Saturday.
White went the full seven innings for the Tigers (19-2, 12-0 PAC 7 2A), allowing no runs on no hits and two walks with 11 strikeouts. It was the second no-hitter of the weekend, following Reagan pitcher Carter Boyd's no-hitter in Game 1 of the 4A series.
Hayden Wheeler was saddled with the loss for the Hilltoppers (17-4, 11-1 Southwestern 2A), allowing four runs on three hits with five strikeouts in two and one-third innings. Relief pitcher Kael Snethen kept R-S Central in the game with a solid outing, allowing no runs on three hits with two strikeouts in three and two-thirds innings.
