EAST LIVERPOOL In East Liverpool Municipal Court,
Lonnie D. Cunningham, of Lincoln Avenue, was sentenced to $400 plus costs, 360 days in jail (30 days imposed) and 60 community service sanction hours on theft and assault charges. He is set Aug. 27 for review.
Michael A. Howard, of Canton, was sentenced to $300 plus costs and 90 days in jail (30 days imposed) on charges of drug paraphernalia (two counts) and obstructing official business. He is set for a Aug. 27 review hearing.
James A. Fone Jr., of state Route 154 in Negley, was sentenced to $100 plus costs on a charge of fishing without a license. His review is set Aug. 27. ....

LISBON Two East Liverpool men facing large amounts of prison time for drug-related offense pleaded guilty to charges in Common Pleas Court.
Brian Lee Cramer, 35, Michigan Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine, including a specification for forfeiture of money in a drug case. Two of the charges are first-degree felonies, which he agreed to plead guilty to without the major drug offender specification. If all prison sentences were run consecutively, he faces up to 35 and a half years in prison, a $45,000 fine and a five-year license suspension. Sentencing is set for June 28. ....

A woman called to file a harassment report at 9:10 a.m. Tuesday, claiming that the father of her daughter threatened to kill her because she wouldn’t let him speak to her daughter who was busy getting ready for school. He reportedly called another 75 times and each time she answered the phone he threatened her.
James. W.K. Adams, 21, Lisbon, was cited for display of license plate after a traffic stop on Chestnut Street after an officer noticed that the vehicle was not bearing registration at 10:42 p.m.
–Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Washington Street on the report of an ATV driving through caller’s yard at 12:54 a.m. The officer spoke with the father of the boy who was driving the ATV who said he would have his son park it for the night and that they would try to be more respectful to their neighbors. ....

A 14-year-old Lisbon Street boy was arrested at 10:12 p.m. Monday on a charge of domestic violence, after allegedly assaulting his mother and a 10-year-old sibling.
A victim in the 1500 block of Shadyside Avenue reported at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday that someone had stole his catalytic converter of his vehicle around three weeks ago.

An investigation continues into a theft reported shortly before 7:52 p.m. Thursday at Rite Aid.
Police responded to a crash at 6:22 pm. Monday near the state Route 7 south exit ramp involving Ronald Siegman, whose vehicle sustained damage when he hit the gas instead of the brake and exited a highway and hit a ditch. ....

LISBON In county Municipal Court, a March 22 preliminary hearing was set for Jamie Tice, 20, East Sixth Street, Salem, charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, for allegedly striking his mother, Kristie Tice, in the eye on March 8 during an argument.
Mark A. Walton, 55, Crawford Road, Wellsville, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of having a weapon while under a disability and aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening to kill Cinthia Hannan while holding a handgun, which caused Hannan and her family to flee from the home in fear. Walton was also fined $250, credited with a day in jail and sentenced to an additional 59 days in jail for violating a protection order for interfering with the home where Danise Moore was staying, by writing a letter to another person informing that person to occupy the home until he could return, change the locks and dispose of property. ....
