Daniel Lebowitz, director of operations for Primary Care Ambulance, a family-owned private ambulatory company that serves Staten Island, said the company can serve as part of a solution to vaccinate this at-risk population.
Primary Care Ambulance has already transported a homebound senior to a Staten Island vaccination site, Lebowitz said, but its staff of EMTs and nurses are also adept at administering intravenous medication and vaccinations enabling them to be a part of an effort to immunize these borough residents in their homes. ....
