Judge To Local Bar: Say You're Sorry


Charlies Bar & Grill, located in Potterville, has been shutdown since the end of last year for violations of the Gathering and Face Mask order issued by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Department.  Now a state Judge has ordered the Mid Michigan Bar to apologize, in writing, for the General Managers behavior when an Investigator was at the business and was only doing his job.
The owner of Charlies apologized on behalf of the bar s General Manager, his brother, for the way an investigator was treated.  The bar s owner said that the GM s behavior was completely and totally unacceptable. ....

CONNECTICUT On Sunday, Gov. Ned Lamont announced that the Connecticut COVID-19 Vaccine Advisory Group s Science Subcommittee has submitted recommendations to him that the state s COVID-19 vaccine distribution plan start at the earliest opportunity.
The recommendation comes after the subcommittee reviewed all available scientific and trial data from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the FDA s Vaccine and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee, clinical trial information provided by Pfizer and BioNTech, and peer-reviewed scientific publications about the vaccine and its clinical testing, Lamont said in a news release. ....
